Team Commitments

In an attempt to have greater equity amongst the teams, the board has decided to adopt the new guidelines. While we like to encourage you to take advantage of the GOLD level, we will respect the decision you make to support your team, at the level you feel is most appropriate. We thank you for all you do for the athletes of WAC and the sacrifices you make in the best interest of the teams.

MAROON Representation at 5 Booster club meetings
WAC concession-3 dates
2 raffle tickets per athlete sold
Total of 5 tickets sold for Pancake Breakfast
Total of 5 tickets for Outback Dinner
50% of parents members of Booster Club
Contribute article for newsletter
$5.00 per athlete
State Fair parking drawing

Free Booster Club membership for coaches

Commitment papers must be returned prior to first competition.
All money must be turned in to Booster Club treasurer, prior to payout.
Athlete count is based on numbers after the first competition.
Bonus money paid in May.
Students/athletes are allowed to work the concession stand, for the M&M Meet, only under the supervision of adults. Your regular concession assignments may not include students. This must be strictly adhered to.

Please make sure you fully understand the policies, prior to selecting your level. Feel free to call on us to answer any questions, or if you need us to speak at your parent meeting.
